At PRINTEDGES SRL, we ensure that your ordered products reach you quickly and safely.

1. Delivery Terms

• Orders are processed within 1-3 working days from payment confirmation.
  
• Courier delivery generally takes 2-4 DAYS within Romania.

• For personalized products (e.g., books with printed edges, custom 3D objects), the production time may vary, reaching 3-4 working days.
  
• During busy periods (holidays, sales), the delivery time may be extended by up to 2-3 days.
  

2. Shipping Costs

• The standard shipping fee is 19.9 lei, with the exception of the book personalization category. 
  
• For orders over 199 lei, delivery is free, with the exception of the book personalization category. 

• For personalizing your books, the shipping fee is calculated based on weight, as follows:

- packages up to 10kg - 38 lei

- packages over 10kg - 53.9 lei.

• For international orders, the shipping cost will be communicated separately to the client, depending on the country and weight.
  

3. Delivery Methods

• Delivery is made via express courier (FanCourier, Sameday, Cargus, or other logistics partner), as well as through locker pickup/drop-off.
  
• Upon dispatch, you will receive an email with the AWB number to track your package.
  

4. Package Reception

• Upon receiving the package, please check the integrity of the packaging.
  
• If you notice visible damage, ask the courier to draw up a report and contact us immediately.
  

5. Delays / Non-deliveries

Although rare, delays caused by the courier may occur. In such cases:

• Please check the delivery status using the received AWB.
  
• If the situation persists, contact us at contact@printedges.ro or 0735748232 and we will resolve the issue together with the courier company.
