We want every customer to be completely satisfied with the products purchased from our online store. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, you can return the products according to the following:

1. Return Period

According to the legislation in force (OUG 34/2014), you have the right to return products within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the package, without needing to state a reason.

2. Return Conditions

• Products must be in the same condition as they were delivered.
  
• Returns are not accepted for used, damaged, or worn products.
  
• Personalized products (made to order according to customer specifications) cannot be returned, unless they have manufacturing defects.
  

3. Return Procedure

2. In the message, please include: your name, order number, the product(s) being returned, and the reason for the return.
   
3. After confirmation, send the package to the address:

4. The shipping cost for the return is borne by the customer.
   

4. Money Refund

• The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the returned products.
  
• The money will be transferred to the bank account indicated by the customer.
