1. Website purpose

www.printedges.ro offers book edge customization services, either on our own books (sold by us) or on books sent by the customer. We also offer predefined books with already customized edges.

2. Copyright

All texts, images, logos, graphic materials, and design belong to PRINT EDGES SRL and cannot be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.

3. Placing orders

Orders can be placed through the online platform. Once submitted, the order is confirmed by email. For books sent by the customer, customization will only begin after physical receipt of the volume.

4. Prices and payment

• All prices are expressed in Lei (RON).
  
  
• The company is not VAT registered.
  
  
• Payment is made online by bank card, securely, through an authorized processor, but also by cash on delivery.
  
  
• For custom orders, payment is upfront and in full.
  
  

5. Delivery

• Delivery of finished products is made by courier or easybox, at the customer's choice, after the customization process is completed.
  
  
• The customer can send their own book for customization by courier or easybox. Shipping costs to us are borne by the customer.
  
  
• The average execution time is 3-5 working days from the receipt of the book.
  
  

6. Return policy

According to current legislation, personalized products cannot be returned (Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014, art. 16 letter c).

Exceptions:

• In the case of predefined books (sold by us, with already customized edges), we accept returns or exchanges only if the product has visible defects or damage. The customer must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the package, also sending relevant photos.
  
  
• For books sent by the customer for personalization, returns are not accepted and refunds are not granted, as it is a personalized service based on an item sent by the customer.
  
  

7. Warranties

We offer a warranty for the quality of our services. If the delivered product has a manufacturing defect (discoloration, incorrect alignment, other processing errors), we will remedy the problem or replace the product, as appropriate.

8. Privacy

Personal data collected through the website is used exclusively for order processing and will not be disclosed to third parties, except for delivery partners. For more details, please consult [Privacy Policy].

9. Limitation of liability

PRINT EDGES SRL is not responsible for any errors caused by incorrect information provided by the customer (e.g., sending a damaged book or an incomplete order), nor for delays caused by the courier or other force majeure events.

10. Amendment of terms

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. The updated version will be published on this page.

11. Applicable law

This document is governed by Romanian law. Any dispute will be resolved amicably, and in case of failure, by the competent courts in Romania.
